Whereas terms of Section 14(l) of the MHRD Act. 1993 Central Board of Open School Education, has submitted on Application APW05659/725016 Date:-10/03/2010 to the Regional Website Committee of MHRD for grant of Recognition/Permission for starting Secondary & Senior Secondary Course of 1 year Duration with and Annual Intake of Students.
- Central Board of Open School Education is a self Autonomous Board run and managed by the Delhi State Council and Technical Education with following credentials.
- Regd. under ISO 9001:2008 Govt. of Delhi NCT, Govt. of India Vide Certificate no-QMS/0614/1113 Education program conducted by the Board are in the strict conformity with the constitution of India and law of the land under Article 19(1) G, 29 & 30(1) u/s 2(g).
- Affiliation & Recognization are in compliance to section 10A of the Act, of Article 30(1) of the Constitution.
- Under Human Rights Protection Act 1993 autonomous bodies have been given special protection & consideration.
